Our Team
De Wet de Villiers - Director
De Wet, Business Director of The Accountary, is a seasoned business innovator with a BAcc.LLB from Stellenbosch University. A non-practising advocate, registered Business Restructuring Professional, Tax Practitioner, and Chartered Tax Adviser, he also serves as Secretary-General of the IFA (SA branch). His career spans PwC and Imperial Logistics, where he led M&A into Africa. He is passionate about helping clients succeed.
Annemaré du Toit - Director
Annemaré earned her BAcc from Stellenbosch University in 1999 and honours in Management Accounting in 2000, becoming a CIMA Associate in 2002. She spent 13 years with Citibank in London and Cape Town before focusing on SME accounting. Passionate about simplifying bookkeeping with cloud technology, she helps business owners take control of their finances. She enjoys family, friends, travel, and hiking.
Chantel Loedolff - Manager
Chantel is a Professional Accountant and a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch, but her passion for accounting goes beyond the numbers. She thrives in understanding every facet of a business and helping those who run it to achieve their goals. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends and her Dachshund, Mila.
Yolandé Calitz - Senior Bookkeeper
Yolandé is a Senior Bookkeeper with over 25 years of experience. Focused on detail and accuracy, she assists clients with their monthly accounting processes and deliverables. She is driven and dedicated to her work while also valuing quality time with her family.
Cilliers van Graan - Manager
Cilliers, a Professional Accountant (SA) from the University of Stellenbosch, is pursuing the CGMA designation to expand his management accounting expertise. Dedicated to delivering precise, high-quality work, he ensures clients’ financial needs are met with care. Passionate about balance, he enjoys the outdoors, the sea, and time with friends, bringing a well-rounded perspective to his professional endeavours.
Carla Verwey - Accountant
Carla, a Cost and Management Accounting graduate from NMMU, brings 14 years’ accounting and payroll expertise to The Accountary. Originally from Port Elizabeth, she moved to Cape Town in 2017, honing her skills at a leading firm. Joining in 2023, she now manages payroll for all clients, delivering financial clarity through meticulous detail and a personalised approach.
Charnie Groenewald - Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Charnie is a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with a solid legal foundation, holding BA Law and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria. She is pursuing her LLM in Tax Law at UNISA, expanding her expertise in compliance. Passionate about helping businesses meet regulatory requirements, she simplifies complex issues and supports strategic goals. Outside work, she enjoys coffee spots, hiking, and good books or podcasts.
Marzanne Swart - Accountant
Marzanne obtained her Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA) through the University of South Africa and will sit for the SAICA APC examination in December 2025. She is passionate about tax and accounting compliance, with a focus on accuracy and integrity in financial reporting. Outside of her professional journey, Marzanne and her husband enjoy hiking and walking on the beach with their two Yorkies.
